At The Hype Educator, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right! Please review our policy below.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns are not accepted on:

    • Final sale items

    • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thehypeeducator.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For approved returns, we’ll send instructions and the return address by email.
